The form collects the information you choose to provide: name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp, project type and message.

Use

This information is used to understand your enquiry, reply to you and, when needed, prepare a service proposal. It is not sold or used for a newsletter.

Transfer and retention

The website stores your enquiry in a private Amazon Web Services database so it can be followed up and answered from the Fapiano administration area. Amazon Simple Email Service also sends a notification to Fanilo. Automatic database retention is limited to 365 days; an email copy may be retained as needed to follow up and meet applicable obligations.

Security

The website uses HTTPS. Hosting files and the database are private, data is encrypted at rest, and administration requires a protected account. The form also applies technical limits intended to reduce automated and abusive submissions.

Your choices

You may ask for received information to be corrected or deleted by emailing fanilo@gmail.com.
